We aim to develop both the athletic skills and the personal character necessary to succeed on and off the field. We value determination, persistence, selflessness, trust, and good teammanship as necessary skills for individual and team success.

Grades K-1 Program  Opening weekend March 30th

The goal of our K-1 program is to develop fundamental skills, and most importantly, a love of the game.  We seek a very high coach-to-player ratio, so kids get focused individual attention.

Kindergarten:   One hour practices on either Saturday and Sunday.  No pads needed, we will use sticks and soft balls to learn the fundamentals of the game.

Grade 1:   One hour practices both Saturday and Sunday.  Full equipment needed, skills and drills will focus on mastering the fundamentals of lacrosse.  Boys will have intra team scrimmages to learn gameplay and positions.

Grades 2-3 Program  Opening weekend March 10th

The 2nd-3rd Program is designed to develop further (or with newer players, begin to develop) the skill sets needed for competitive play.  The kids will enjoy our notorious InHouse League, where teams will be selected, and then play against one another once a week. Please note 3rd grade will enjoy an introduction to the world of "travel" lacrosse by playing a few games against other local towns toward the the end of the Spring. All teams will have two to three practices per week.

Grades 4-8 Program  Opening weekend March 2nd

The 4th-8th Program is designed to develop further (or with newer players, begin to develop) the skill sets needed for competitive play. The 4th-8th curriculum will see increases in the number of practices, practice locations, and the incorporation of NJJLL sanctioned and officiated “travel” games. Competitive games will be played vs. other programs in northern Essex County and Bergen County (an NJJLL sub-division called the Colonial League).  All teams will have at least three practices per week.

New players are welcome to join us at any level grade K-8th.  Our mission is to spread the love of this great game throughout our community, so

We have a long history of inclusiveness and work to ensure that the bar for entry is very low.  We keep our fees modest and we provide need-based scholarships and equipment.
